Anonymous: I think if you're white and going to belly dance that you need to be taught by MENA women and don't ever fucking refer to it as "tribal fusion" seeing as though white people have contributed absolutely fucking nothing to belly dance culture. Don't try to profit off of it. Don't act like you're some sort if belly dancing guru. Don't act like you know everything about MENA culture and don't try to whitewash it.
